WorldMark Big Bear - 3 Nights, Big Bear, USA

We’ve stayed here at least twice a year, and until now the rooms we were assigned had always been great. This visit in March 2026 was the opposite. There were bits of bread around the bed in our suite, and moving things to set up the sleeper sofa revealed a water bottle, socks, candies, food crumbs, and dirt under the sofa and kitchen table. The floors were absolutely disgusting. It was really upsetting. I hope they sort this out so it can continue to be a great place to stay.

The kids had a good time in the clubhouse arcade and shared areas, and the hot tubs were remarkable. Our condo was spacious and clean, with thoughtful furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and ready to bring more towels or supplies.

Being able to text back and forth and get the welcome information was really helpful. I find it awkward to pick up the room phone, so using my own phone for the welcome text was much easier. They also had a printer on site when I needed copies, which was perfect. There were arts and crafts and all sorts of little things for the kids to enjoy, too. The people here, Jeff, Judy, and Brenton, were amazing, down to earth, and cared about my family having a good time. My booking went smoothly, and there wasn’t a sales team pushing me to attend their Hustlers United conning seminar or try to take something I don’t have to give. Stator Bros. was only a 6 min walk or a 3 minute drive away, which helped a lot because my wife was terribly sick the whole time. She could sleep quietly, relax, and get well. I’ll definitely recommend the place and come back!

The location is perfect, close to everything, and there were good activities for everyone. As an owner, I wanted to try out this property, and I definitely enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and modern. Would highly recommend.
