The front desk staff were pleasant, and packages could be delivered securely there. Still, the rooms smell bad enough that I've had to keep buying air fresheners, and the towels are very dirty. The hotel needs fresh sheets, clean towels, and attention to those odors. The rooms are extremely outdated and have no kitchenettes. The laundry facilities are old and charge guests to use them, which is disappointing. I'd like the owners to consider free laundry, more ice machines, new towels, pillow covers and sheets, and repairs to the parking lot. There's a lot that needs work throughout the hotel. It's understandable that a business needs to make a profit, but cleanliness and guest experience should matter too. If my company stopped using this hotel, that would be for the better. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, since improving guests' experience would also make the business and community better.

The rooms are roomy, quiet, and nice, with what looks like new construction. There aren't many clean choices in Oil Patch, TX, so that's a shame. I booked online with a $10 pet fee, but at check-in the M.E. guy asked for $50. He backed down when I showed him the $10 quote on his website. We passed through again a week later and the site had changed to a $50 dog fee. I won't stay here again. The lobby coffee also isn't available early in the morning.

I was working nights for a few days and the owner was great about arranging a daytime room for me. I checked in at 0700 and checked out at 1700. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the AC worked well. If work brings me back to the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

It's a quiet area, so I had no trouble getting rest. The room was clean and nice, with a fridge and cooking eyes for convenience. While I was walking around outside, staff asked several times if I needed anything, and they were very friendly and helpful. I stayed a few nights for work and would recommend the place to anyone traveling in the area.

I've been here at least 8 months for work and haven't had a single problem. The rooms are always clean, and management is excellent, helpful, and available whenever my coworkers or I need something. It's been a great experience. Thanks for everything. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
