There isn't much to do in Big Lake, but the people here are nice. They freshen up the rooms daily, including weekends. Breakfast was average. The "gym" is really a laundry room with just a treadmill and no weights.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, and the atmosphere was friendly, calm, and pleasant. My room was nice, with clean, fresh linens. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amber really made my stay, always smiling and ready to help with anything I asked. I talked with her daily while she worked at the front desk, and she was genuinely one of the hardest workers I've seen. The customer service was the best I've ever had, and I really appreciated her kindness. At 5 am this morning, she waited on me and others at breakfast, offering condiments like a server. The breakfast she cooked was lovely, too. The maids were very sweet and made the inn feel comforting. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC handled different temperatures well. The bathroom had a big mirror, and I especially liked the body mirrors in the room. There was also a fully equipped ironing board and iron. I had a blast with the treadmill, aux import, and fan. My one suggestion for bringing in more clients and companies would be adding a pool and Jacuzzi. The place was awesome, and Amber made the stay really memorable. I wish more people were like her.

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in town. The hotel isn't especially luxurious, but the staff are amazing and make you feel like you belong. Breakfast is a step above the usual dehydrated eggs and paper-thin bacon.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the service was the best. The room felt comfortable and was well cleaned, with a great atmosphere all around. 10/10 recommend.
