Ally and the cleaning crew are friendly, and the weekly rate is cheap. I stayed for three months while working on a wind farm. Our large room had a big TV, and the kitchen came with a fridge and freezer. The bed was okay, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, so I had to run the truck for internet. You get what you pay for, but the room served us well. The outside could use some work. I’ll stay again when the project starts back up.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and it was quiet. But I don’t think the room had been cleaned before I arrived: the TV was missing, the stove was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and there were holes in the walls.

They overcharged me, never called back, and still haven’t refunded me. I can’t even get a receipt. My company will never use this place again. Awful customer service. I wouldn’t recommend staying at oasis lodge in Big Lake.

The room smelled of cat urine, and animal hair covered the little couch chair. Then I found a cat in the room. There was also a basketball-sized hole in the floor, with dead roaches and other bugs around it. My clothes and even my skin smelled like cat urine when I left. I got a refund. Disgusting place.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location, and I’d definitely go back. I would’ve given five stars, but the TV had no sound.
