Nancy's coffee at Country Inn had real flavor and body, a welcome surprise. She and her husband at the front desk were warm and made every interaction pleasant, which gave the place a great feel. I'd come back, especially for the reasonable rate and generally pleasant guests. My room was mostly clean, but the floors clearly needed attention. With two little ones crawling around, their feet were getting black, so I bought a Swiffer and went through about 7-8 pads cleaning them myself. There were also a few cockroaches, though nothing like what we've seen in Florida, and thankfully no bed bugs. The TV and channel selection were great, and the guest laundry was handy. There wasn't any soap or body wash, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

This place feels like stepping back into the 70s. Don't expect the room to be cleaned every day, or the AC to cool it down on a 95° day. Apparently those little luxuries aren't part of the deal. This isn't a Quality Inn, and that's sad.

I've been living here for over a year, and the people have been good as gold to me. The rooms are nice, I've had no problems, and I love the place.

The room was not clean at all, just awful. The bed was comfortable, even though it was worn out. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice.

I've been here at least five months, and the owners and staff have been great, friendly, and really helpful. The rooms aren't large, but they're enough for what you pay. There are roaches, but that's Wise County, they're everywhere. No bedbugs.
