We’ve been coming here for medical care in Billings for over 20 years, and the staff have always made things easier. They’ve helped with everything from bringing a recliner into the room to making room for our dogs. The building is spotless and well looked after. There’s no pool or hot tub, but we don’t mind when the care is this good. Special thanks to Jack on the night shift. We saw him deal gracefully with a particularly unpleasant guest, which made us old ladies feel a lot safer. It’s outside the shopping and fine dining areas, but the hospitals and most clinics are within walking distance.

Staying at Riversage meant I could walk to my appointment, the pharmacy, and the Billings Clinic campus for my procedure. I’d forgotten something important, but because my driver was staying nearby, they got it to the doctor within minutes. Really appreciated that convenient location, thank you!

We needed somewhere near the hospital and got a room on short notice after they adjusted our dates. Everyone was friendly. The cookies and popcorn at the desk in the evening were a nice little bonus, and breakfast was good too.

If you’re in town because a loved one is in the hospital, this place would work really well. It’s inexpensive, easy to check into, and very clean, and there’s free breakfast, cookies, popcorn, and carts for your things. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping deserves credit for how well they keep it up. Space is a bit tight in the rooms and shared areas, and there isn’t much bathroom counter space. The luggage carts are awkward to steer and could use replacing. Breakfast choices are limited. The lobby coffee was the worst I’ve ever tried, though the room pods were a little better. For a family vacation where you need room to spread out, you may want another place. I’d still consider staying here because cleanliness matters a lot to me. 3.5 stars, rounded up.

The staff were really helpful and nice. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and having coffee available all day was handy. I also liked the full-size shampoo and conditioner bottles and the body wash instead of a bar. Great place to stay.
