Super 8 Billings

The staff and manager were really kind, and when there was a problem with our room, they helped us and moved us right away. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. It’s an older hotel, though, and some appliances were damaged. Some towels were stained or not fully clean, and there was a very foul smell coming from room 118 or somewhere nearby on the second floor. I’ve had some interesting past experiences with hotel staff, so I was especially impressed with how helpful everyone here was. I’d stay again.

The staff made us feel like family, and they clearly welcomed our two huskies too. Their thoughtful touches for pets made a road trip stay feel a lot like home. The room was spotless, housekeeping did a top-notch job, and the bed was a comfortable spot to rest. The bathroom was lovely as well. We had a dream stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Billings, Montana, and we’ll be back again and again.

Traveling across the country with two pets, I appreciated that the staff welcomed them and never treated them like a burden. I wasn’t thrilled with the pet fee, especially as a Red Roof Inn rewards member, since at least my first pet stays free there. I’d been skeptical because of the ratings, but the front desk team was friendly and quickly helped when I had trouble getting into my assigned room. The place was clean, especially the room, and there were no smells of smoke or grime. Breakfast had hot choices, including biscuits and gravy, which made for a great start to the day. I was thoroughly impressed and had a great overnight stay.

The rooms were quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV wasn’t working, but they took extra time and were courteous while fixing the reception.
