Ms. Charolette at breakfast was amazing. The bar and dining area were clean, easy to get around, accessible, and accommodating. She greeted every guest with a smile and a good morning. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful too, and her supervisor and everyone else working at the hotel helped make our stay pleasant. I've had a positive experience and hope others do as well. This will be the hotel I look forward to when I come to Biloxi. I hope anyone who chooses the Hyatt has an Amazing experience like I did. ❤️🦋

Cheyanne at the front desk made us feel so welcome. She was professional and kind, and went above and beyond. Her customer service really made a difference during our stay. Hyatt Place Biloxi is a destination spot, with a perfect location right across from the beach. I'd highly recommend staying here when visiting Biloxi.

I booked this room two months ahead for a bowling tournament. Five hours into my eight-hour drive, Hyatt emailed to say I could check in online. Within five minutes, another email canceled my reservation. It was around 10:30am, more than five hours before check-in. I called the front desk and spoke to a very rude woman who said the cancellation was because my card had been declined. My American Express platinum card had a new expiration date, and that was the only problem. She told me the room was no longer available. I asked how it could be gone within 15 minutes of the cancellation email, and asked for a manager. Elizabeth, the supervisor, was extremely rude too, borderline yelling and condescending. She refused to let me keep the room even though I'd called within 15 minutes of the cancellation, saying a beta club was staying at the hotel and my room wasn't available. They wouldn't give me the general manager's information. The front desk clerk and supervisor really need customer relations training. They were unprofessional and rude.

We paid an excellent price for the hotel itself, and the prices for the snacks, sodas, little eatery, and bar downstairs were about average for a hotel. They have continental breakfast, possibly free on weekdays. The place is very dog friendly and surprisingly clean for it. Everyone we've run into on staff has been nothing but nice and helpful. You can leave your pup in the room while you go to dinner or the casino, and they give you a door hanger to say you're out but your pup is there. We'll definitely stay again!

Amber and deb were wonderful. The staff were very good, welcoming and nice, and they let the kids take food along for our 6 am departure. Their smiles and good attitude made our day.
