Quality Inn Biloxi Beach

The ocean view was lovely, and the atmosphere felt pleasant and welcoming for families. Our room was spotless, and the non-smoking area was a plus. We got prompt, pleasant help whenever we needed something. The service and courtesy were excellent. Highly recommend. 🫶🏻❤️

I planned to stay one night, but ended up staying five. The staff were very, very friendly, and the room was great, though a few things looked worn. The mattress and pillows were great, the AC didn’t rattle, and the TV remote was easy to use. It felt safe, with a giant lobby dining area and coffee all day. Waffle House was a five-minute walk or less. Vending was limited and cash only. I hope to make it back. It was either room 505 or 15.

The main lobby looked nice after remodeling, but the upstairs room had water on the floor, like it had flooded. Staff moved us, but the next room smelled bad and was dated too. At $199 a night, it felt like a dump. The phone in the second room didn’t work. They need to update the rooms and put some money back into them for the prices they charge. I don’t know how this place has a 4-star rating. Maybe the downstairs rooms are nicer because of the flooding years ago.

The staff were really friendly, and the view was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the people and atmosphere made the place feel cozy. The location worked well too. The rooms are dated, which I can live with, but they need real attention: the walls could use Magic Erasers, the baseboards were falling apart, and the rooms weren’t as clean as they should be. We were traveling on a budget with three kids for a soccer tournament, so this wasn’t the kind of hotel I usually choose. It served its purpose for the night, though. With updates and better attention to cleanliness, it could be a hidden gem.
