Red Roof Inn & Suites Biloxi

Cash and Roger, along with the rest of the Red Roof staff, made my stay a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and the setting relaxing, with service that went beyond what I expected. I’d rate Red Roof Ocean Springs 10/10. Stop in for a night, it won’t disappoint. Thanks to the staff who make it feel like home.

I cancelled my reservation a week before check-in, but as of March 4 my money still hadn’t come back, even though I’d received emails saying the refund had been processed. I’d booked through booking .com in February. Don’t expect your money back if you need to cancel. The manager was unfriendly too. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The accommodations are fair, but the manager is what makes the place great. She’s very nice and gets you into your room quickly. Hopefully the customers are just as nice in return.

I drove into town after booking online and was refused service when I tried to check in at 5:04. The reservation said check-in was at 3, but I was told that just “suggests” 3 and doesn’t mean the room will be ready. They hadn’t cleaned it yet, despite there not being a single car in the parking lot. I understand things happen when a place is busy, but it clearly wasn’t busy. When I asked if checkout also worked on a sliding time scale, the young man at the front desk got extremely rude and said I couldn’t stay there. He had two dogs behind the desk fighting while I was trying to check in, and the place smelled like dogs. He made me feel like a problem for trying to rent a room. Horrible. Do not waste your money. If you like dogs fighting behind the desk, you’re gonna love this place!
