Don't book suite 322. It's crawling with cockroaches, and the shower is terrible, with no hot water. Josh at reception is the saving grace. He doesn't smile much, but he's willing to help and very competent.
2/10
The property manager is extremely rude, and management and customer service are awful. The rooms feel outdated, too. Online booking is no guarantee of the fees, which seem to be changed randomly depending on the manager's mood. Maybe he deals with plenty of difficult or trashy guests, but he seems to assume everyone will be that way. Even when you're respectful, he snaps back and gets #fiesty. It's disheartening.
8/10
The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected, and the lady at the front desk was cool and helpful. The only issue was that the bathroom shower took ages to get hot water.

For the price, it's hard to beat. It's got what you need and costs very little, so I'll definitely stay again.

They need to get the roaches under control. Instead of spraying different sections of the complex on different days, maybe they should treat the whole place on the same day.
