I love this staff and the community they've created. Tommy is the best, and the person next in line is great with guests, kind of like a momma bear at work. Everyone's attentive and works to accommodate people. Ray, the maintenance man, does a great job making you comfortable. Kim, the night manager, is so thoughtful and thorough. Great place that makes you feel at home!

The room was musty and smelled like an old house, and there were roaches. It was nasty, and if I hadn't needed a room urgently, I'd have found something much better. The staff, though, are good people and were cool and helpful.

I loved the room and the location. The front desk is nice, it's very clean, and the neighbors are friendly and laid-back.

The office staff are welcoming and really helpful. Whenever something needs fixing, they take care of it promptly. Great place.

The water was off both days, and the rooms were nothing like they’d been described when I booked. Nothing seemed new or upgraded. I checked in Saturday, and after just six hours my son had been bitten by bed bugs. The replacement room had roaches. I couldn’t get a refund until the office reopened Monday, so we had to stay. A waste of money for anyone needing a temporary place. The conditions were horrid.
