Courtyard by Marriott Bismarck North

I hadn’t even checked in yet. I called with a question and asked to add a second name to tomorrow’s reservation, but the woman at the front desk that morning on 30 January was very rude. I hung up, canceled, and booked at the Residence Inn instead. Disgusting attitude. I wish I could put this review on Medallia.

The real glassware in the room deserves extra credit, perfect for a late-night drink. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, and the TV had more channels than I knew what to do with. My room was spotless, spacious, and had an awesome bed. After a long drive, the friendly staff were accommodating and got me in early. I had a great Thursday night at the Courtyard Bismarck North and can’t wait to return to Bizmarck and stay at the Courtyard North again!

Rooms are fairly up to date and clean. The location is great, close to downtown, shops, and restaurants. There’s also a pool and hot tub that usually aren’t too busy, plus a restaurant and fitness center.

The room was super clean, with a roomy bathroom, a great-pressure shower, and a bath with a spot to sit and wash my little piggies after a long day at the race track. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing, without that regular hotel smell.
