Our room was large and comfortable, but I’d never stay here again. The hotel decor is dated, and it was booked solid over Memorial Day weekend. The front desk guy was patient and helpful, but he was the only person in the entire hotel. One of our rooms had no working AC, and he said the manager, cleaning staff, and everyone else had gone home. It was hot in Bismarck, and our son and his family were on the third floor with a toddler and no air conditioning. One of the two elevators stopped working, too. I also felt bad for the couple ahead of us whose room hadn’t been cleaned, with the maid already gone. They were trying to find another hotel on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend.

The hallways, elevators, and stairways could use a daily sweep or vacuum. That’s one area that needs attention. Everything else was good: the staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, the room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were well kept. The location was perfect, and breakfast was hot, tasty, and had plenty to choose from.

BRIANNA AND TYLER gave us exceptional customer service. I accidentally booked two rooms, and they fixed it without hesitation and helped me get a full refund for the extra one. The hot tub opening to the outside was a nice touch, and the whole pool area was amazing. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, too. All around, we had a great stay at EverSpring Inn. Thank you, Tyler and Brianna, for making it so memorable!

A bathroom issue came up around 10:30 at night, and the staff were kind and quick to sort it out. I really appreciated how promptly they handled it and that they offered us another room as well. Breakfast and the staff were great, and I liked the soft pillows. Our room, bathroom, and carpet were clean, and they’d stocked extra toilet paper and towels. The central location in Bismarck made it easy to get around on our little trip. I’ll definitely be back.

We arrived early with our child, who is currently in a wheelchair. Connor and sewa went out of their way to get us into a room early so he could get settled. They were friendly and caring, and Everspring is lucky to have them. Everyone else at the hotel we encountered was friendly, too. A special thank you to all of them.
