The rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff were incredibly kind and happy to help. They welcomed my service pet with treats and a gift, which was really nice. They even offered extra water for the rest of my drive. A thoughtful place, and I couldn’t have asked for more.

The welcome started as soon as I walked in, and the hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Ted at the front desk deserves a special mention. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with check-in and local recommendations, and made sure I felt looked after. Hampton Inn made my visit so enjoyable, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here twice for business overnights and will come back next time I’m in Bismarck. The service was great, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. A very nice place.

We booked late on our way home from our honeymoon, and it worked out great. I’d only stayed at one Hampton before, in Alberque NM, and that had been a very nice stay too. At check-in, I was charged the quoted price plus a $25 deposit. I didn’t mind, but wish they’d mentioned it beforehand. I got the $25 back. The room was nice, with an interesting bathroom, in a good way. There were no trash bags in any of the cans, which was odd, and I wish the TV were a bit bigger. The king bed was really comfortable, though the four standard pillows looked wrong on it. Otherwise, everything was great: a spacious room, hot water, a safe place, and amazing breakfast.

The other staff were amazing, the food was great, and the rooms were clean. But Ted at the front desk was awful, with zero customer service and acting like everything was an inconvenience. He made the experience a thumbs down.
