Radisson Hotel Bismarck

Stephanie at the Off Broadway Lounge was attentive and friendly, and made great drinks. She even came up with drinks for people who weren't sure what they wanted and found something they liked. Earlier, we'd left a dirty hotel, and the Radisson staff helped us get another room. Jeff was especially friendly and helpful while we were stressed. They were so accommodating. Highly recommend.

The rooms are clean, but they're older and could use updating. What stood out most was the service: Diamond and Riley at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful, and Logan, Jeffrey, and Marv made the shuttle really useful with their great service and willingness to help. The location also works well for Sanford employees.

We needed a room during a medical stay, so this was already a stressful time, and the experience was terrible. The place smelled strange, and our room felt creepy. The walls and bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned, with rusty hinges and grimy buildup along the shower. The curtains wouldn't close all the way, so there was no proper privacy. We didn't even stay an hour. They also waited until after two phone verifications and check-in to tell us about the fees.

We stayed on January 1st of 2026. The room was decent, though worn and outdated, and the staff were nice. The hot tub was out of order, but nobody told us until check-in. They should fix it or remove it from the website. Also, the garage felt a bit sketchy and isn't suited to larger trucks, just so you know.
