The staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The parking was convenient, and the shower had great temperature and pressure. On the downside, there were no table games, the pillows were flat, and I had to connect the TV to the internet manually.

My truck was hit in the parking garage. I called twice to ask for help reviewing the cameras so I could get a description of the other vehicle and its plate number. They brushed me off both times, or were just too lazy to help. It’s nice to see how much they care about customers. My husband and I were regulars at the casino, but we won’t set foot there again.

Kevin at Mid City Grill gave us great service. He was friendly and patient while we ordered, made recommendations, and chatted with us. We really enjoyed the meal and the service.

We used to go to century for the quiet tables upstairs, with real windows and people to interact with. Now they’ve taken out the live dealers and tables and replaced them with video tables. That was the main reason we went.

Nicole was the worst waitress. She was rude, slow, overcharged, and got the orders wrong. I don’t know why she’s still working there. She needs to go, she’s making the century look bad.
