Crystal and James were my servers today, and they were quick and graceful, with warm smiles, great conversation, and a way of lifting the whole atmosphere. They’re well-spoken and charismatic, and I’m grateful to have met them. I hope I get to see their great faces again. I’ve visited the inn many times as an ambassador for my events, and every experience has been exceptional. The food, service, and atmosphere have all been among my best experiences, and make the time I spend there worthwhile. I truly recommend coming and enjoying yourselves.

I’ve been to the Inn seven or eight times for conferences, and I’ve loved every visit. The staff are kind and attentive, my room is always clean and well cared for, and the campus is beautiful.

We were there for a VT information session in the conference room area, so I can’t comment on the hotel. They had a nice snack bar for the session. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech are both really convenient to reach from here. The building has a hotel, Preston's restaurant, and conference and business space. My room was spacious, as were the bathroom, and it was accessible for people who need that. The bed was comfortable, the TV was great, and there was a mini-fridge and coffee machine. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the 24-hour gym was good. Breakfast isn’t included.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was solid. The Cobia was delicious! The rooms were good too, with Speakman shower heads, if you know what I mean. If you have business at VT, this is a good place to stay. It has a small, homey feel.
