We’ve been coming to this resort for three years, and my family and I have had a great time on every visit. The location is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, and dogs are allowed. The clubhouse amenities are clean and working, and the sauna and pool are a lovely way to finish a day of skiing. There’s a nearby farm with lots of good breakfast options. If you want somewhere to relax and feel comfortable after a day in the area, especially with pets, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The studio rooms are extremely small. There’s no small fridge or even a chair, and once you’re inside, there isn’t really room to hang out. I’d avoid booking one. If you’re going to a race, the location is perfect, but expect quad bikes racing late in the evening and race cars revving first thing in the morning if you’re trying to sleep. The staff were great and the clubhouse was good, though it’s quite a distance from the rooms. You have to go all the way there just to get ice, and there isn’t anything nearby to walk around and see.

My wife and I stayed in a one-bedroom, and it had plenty of supplies: towels, washcloths, pots, pans, and dishes for the included kitchen. The place was very clean, and the staff were professional and courteous. It felt like a home away from home, a well-hidden gem. There are lots of amenities, including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, game room with air hockey, pool, and foosball, plus an exercise room. Pocono Raceway is directly across the street, so it should be convenient for anyone interested in Nascar. We’re definitely planning to come back soon!

We heard about this place from a friend and were pleased with our first stay. We had a very clean, fresh-smelling 2br/2ba villa, plenty of room in the bedrooms, and lots of closet space for luggage or skiis. There were enough towels for our five nights without asking for more. Bring your own pillows, though. The ones on the beds are flat as pancakes. The kitchen had a large pantry for a crock pot or air fryer, along with a regular 12 cup coffee pot, blender, toaster, plates, cups, glasses, and other dishes. Bring filters for the coffee pot. The freezer made ice, which was a plus. We used the stovetop twice and found only one of its four burners worked, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We were glad we brought dish towels and sponges. They provide a dish cloth, dish soap, and a small drain board, and we used our towel to dry dishes. The showers are small but do the job. Hot water took a while to heat up, then was fine. We could have used more bathroom hooks, but managed. The clubhouse was great fun: we played ping pong, air hockey, fooseball, and billiards. The pool was quiet, relaxing, and nicely set up, and the small hot tub fits about 3 or 4 adults. We didn’t use the gym or theater. The playground could use better cleaning and maintenance, since there were loose boards and large spiderwebs. I guessed it doesn’t get much use from kids. It’s a very family-friendly place in a quiet area, and we saw deer on the grounds every day. We could hear some race cars from the track next door, but it wasn’t annoying. Kalahari is only 20 minutes away, along an easy route.

I can’t believe they left me stranded outside without being able to get into my room. They claim check-in is available 24 hours, but that wasn’t true for me. I spent a couple of hours outside the check-in office ringing the bell and knocking hard, waiting for someone to show up. Never again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had to get a room at the best western for the night.
