This was a great four-bedroom, two-bath condo on VRBO for our group of four couples. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the layout helped keep noise down. The kitchen worked well, and the hot tub did too, though its cover was hard to manage and coming apart at the middle seam. The walls are a bit thin, and the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles are starting to come loose. The place is getting a little beat up. Blanding is well placed for exploring Bears Ears and Natural Bridges.

There was space for my whole family, and we could make dinner and sit down to eat. The laundry was done in an hour, which was so nice. DTV didn’t work very well, the only downside. A great place to stay overnight.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable, but it got much too hot inside because the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. There was black mold in the bathrooms, and the bathroom floor tiles shifted underfoot. There was also no grout or caulking around the bathtubs.

The hosts were easy to work with, and the place made a great base with adventures close by. It’s spacious enough for large groups and has all the amenities you need for a longer stay.

There’s lots of room for the whole family to relax here. It was clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of things to see in Utah’s beautiful playground. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m passing through.
