The neighbors were very loud and unruly, but when I told management, they moved us to another room promptly and without any hassle. I was in town for a Bills game. The room felt a bit dated, though it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had no other problems. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I’m on the road for work all the time, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The staff are always courteous and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have what you need.

The front desk lady was nice enough to move us after we found our first room uncleaned, with a dirty toilet and a tampered-with smoke alarm. The rooms felt horrible, outdated, dirty, and unsafe.

Getting to the stadium took about 5 minutes, and being able to park right in front of the room was handy. I spent over five hours researching places for a Bills game, looking for somewhere clean, cheap, and close, then picked this one after reading reviews and hoping for the best. The bathroom and sheets were clean, and the room was cleaner than I expected, except for the floor. It looked clean, but my feet got black with dirt when I walked barefoot, so it really needed a good mop. I couldn’t turn up the air fan because it was locked on auto, though the room stayed comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely stay again, and maybe bring a mop.
