I'm in town on business and booked two nights after getting a bit nervous from the reviews. An hour into my stay, I found the room clean, just like the Google pictures. The sheets had no stains, and the bathroom was very clean too. It showed some wear, but seemed looked after. The water was hot with great pressure, the towels were clean and white, and the AC was blowing cold. I like sleeping in an ice box, so the room was at a perfect temperature for me. The bed could be softer, but that's personal preference. The light switch by the door did nothing, the shower curtain was clean but worn, and the curtain rod fell. It just needed tightening against the wall. It's a basic twist rod from a store. The place looked freshly cleaned when I arrived, with the smell of cleaner and wet floor signs out. Nobody was on site, so a sign directed me to call the hotel next door. The woman there was nice and personable and handled things. I didn't mind, though having to go to the other hotel to check in, get a key, and check out is a downside. As far as I could tell, there's no breakfast on site, but there's plenty of parking. The location is easy to find just off the highway, with several places to eat nearby. It's the cheapest hotel in town by price, and much better than the old reviews from six months ago or earlier suggested.

Seems like a pretty ordinary hotel, but it looks clean and I haven't found anything to complain about. My coworkers who stayed there had no complaints either, and some customers who come into my workplace like it. I work off the highway, so I hear from a lot of customers.

A waste of money and the worst hotel I've stayed in by far. The room was dirty, and so was the bathroom. The shower had stains and chipped paint, and there was chipped paint in the bathroom too. There was no breakfast or anything else, just a dirty room and a bed. Nobody was at the front counter when I needed someone. I wouldn't recommend this slum to anyone, even someone desperate, and I'll never stay again. If I could give it negative five stars, I would.

The rooms are disgusting and noisy, and the hallways have a constant smell. Hands down the worst place to stay in Bloomington 🤣. It's owned by the same people who do the Days Inn.

The friendly staff are hard to reach because they're rarely on site, and I haven't been able to get my deposit back easily. There's no answering machine or front desk person to contact. The location felt kind of sketchy, and the other people staying there made me feel unsafe. With no staff around, I often didn't feel secure. The website promised a continental breakfast, but there wasn't one. The hot water didn't work in my room, the TVs barely worked, and the hotel needs renovations. One afternoon the fire alarm went off for hours while nobody was there. I left and came back, and still nobody had shown up.
