Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis St. Paul Airport-Mall of America

It’s in a convenient location, but I’d rather not stay here again if there are better options. The staff seemed a little unhappy and bothered, and didn’t treat every customer consistently. Coffee was often empty and left unattended. The lot wasn’t well maintained, and parking was extremely limited for the number of rooms. The hallway smelled awful, like sewage. 6.5 out of 10.

Check-in and checkout were quick and simple, and all the staff were pleasant and acknowledged us. Five days after leaving, we realized one of us had left their AirPods behind. Becky and Kevin were outstanding and found them. I really appreciated them going out of their way to look, along with anyone else who helped find and turn them in. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, SpringHill Suites!

I had to book at the last minute, and the staff were very helpful. They arranged an airport pickup and drop-off for the morning, and left coffee and breakfast bars out for my early checkout. The room was clean and spacious, and there was a shuttle service close by for the airport.

The general manager was rude and completely unprofessional. I tried explaining that I’d been charged nonmember rates for my stay and asking about the parking confusion, but she didn’t listen and hung up on me three times. The beds were uncomfortable too. I’ll never stay here again, and I’ve been trying to get ahold of corporate over how she treated us.
