Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash Reagan Hwy

We’re in town for work and are here now (08/28/25). In room 223, the refrigerator didn't work, so our groceries were likely to spoil, and there was food left inside from 08/07. Later that night my coworker spotted a small bug on the nightstand. We looked closely, decided it was a bed bug, took a photo, and told the woman at the lobby desk. She brushed us off and said, “that’s not a bed bug.” She only confirmed it after coming to the room with us. She was rude, though I won't dwell on her work etiquette. She found us two separate Queen rooms. I'm in 115 now. I checked the bed right away for signs of more bugs, and so far it looks okay. There is junk on the floor, stains on the pillowcase, and crumbs packed into the chair. I'm uneasy about staying the next 5 nights, but trusting the Lord to get me through.

Later I checked whether they allow immediate check-in, and they do, but the early fee is the same as the room price and you have to book directly with them. Their direct rate is $90 a night, even though you can find rooms online for $50 or less. For checking in before 3pm and leaving the next morning, I'd have paid $180 plus tax for what had been a $50 room. When I rented there earlier, the room was just okay, not great. It was dirty, the location was inconvenient, and the parking lot was tiny. It was under $50, though, so I didn't feel I could complain much.

The rooms are big and clean, parking is plentiful, and it felt safe for kids. The location is handy, near the highway, restaurants, and a grocery store. Breakfast was good, and I liked the lobby decorations and atmosphere. Ms. Tia and manager Ms Kaneice, along with the staff, made it a great stay. Ms.marsha foster hospitality excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you for having me, and God bless the owner, management, and staff.

The redesign and upgrades look so good they deserve more than 5 stars. Emily was really helpful at check-in and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
