Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

I’m broke and need my money, and the manager was so rude. They charged me $50 in cash and then “accidentally” put another $51 on my card. It’s been a month and I still haven’t got my deposit back. I went there twice, and the last time they refused to give me anything showing they released, voided, or didn’t charge it. My bank needs proof. The manager wouldn’t even tell me the date and time it was supposedly released. They wouldn’t bother helping me at all.

The pool has been drained, and the plants in the indoor courtyard are all dead. The tree is still hanging on, but it looks like it’s next. The rooms also no longer have refrigerators or microwaves. There’s just one tiny, pitiful microwave at the front desk if you want to heat something up. Why remove the in-room ones? My husband and I used to come here all the time. It used to be beautiful, with great service. Now it’s obvious the owners have changed, and the place is garbage. I’m so sad it’s been taken over by the wrong people. We won’t spend our money here again. So disappointed.

The hallway smelled like hot chlorine and old food, even though the pool and restaurant looked like they hadn’t worked in ten years. My friend’s room had a hole punched in the bedroom door, a huge red stain on the carpet, and broken amenities. We just left, and this was probably the most comically bad hotel I’ve seen. It felt like being in an abandoned, post-apocalyptic building. Anyone saying it’s better than one star in these reviews must be paid or be a bot. Avoid it.

The room was fine, but the front’s second sliding door wouldn’t open automatically. The side door was unlocked, which felt like a security problem. Not worth a hundred bucks for an overnight bed.
