The beds were very comfortable, and the room had a fridge and coffee maker, which we appreciated. It was a little small and had no chairs, so we sat on the bed when we were inside. The cleaning staff were especially kind and helpful during our stay. The location worked well for us, close to shopping and waterfront stores, and parking was easy. There’s also a large play area, though it rained every day, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor spaces much. We stayed December 30 to January 4. Arriving late at night in the rain made it harder to find the property, especially with no front desk and self-service check-in. More visible signs at the main entrance would help first-time guests. Once we called, the staff were friendly and quickly walked us through check-in. It was a comfortable stay with helpful staff in a great location. I’d come back in summer to enjoy it more and update my review then.

It was easy from arrival to departure, with clear directions and a smooth check-in even though we got in late and left early. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, just right for a quick mountain getaway. We had a great stay in Lake Arrowhead. It felt peaceful and secluded while still being only minutes from the village. We’d definitely stay again.

The coordinator was easy to reach and accommodating, and the cabin was clean, cozy, and just the right size with good amenities. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to Arrowhead. It’s also very close to the village.

We were looking for a dog-friendly place and couldn’t have asked for a better fit. The setting was gorgeous, covered in snow, and so peaceful when we stayed from the 24th to the 25th. Our room was ready when we arrived, and the water still got hot despite all the snow outside. The TV and parking were there, and we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back.

Having our own standalone cabin made the stay feel private, like our own space. It was a little gem and well worth the money. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was firm but comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was extremely fast. The heat worked very well, the bathroom had nice hot water, and both the refrigerator and microwave worked well too.
