Serenity in the Mountains Spa and Luxury

Lisa made my Microderm Facial at Serenity Day Spa a great experience. She explained each step, checked that I was comfortable, and tailored the treatment to what my skin needed. My skin feels smoother and looks more radiant than ever. She's knowledgeable and clearly cares about both the experience and the results. Her calm manner made it even more relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. I'm excited to come back, and I highly recommend Lisa if you're looking for a top-tier facial.

The couples massage was one of the best I've ever had, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. My wife and I stayed in suite 23, and the setup and space impressed us. The bathroom was a highlight, with a huge open shower and a jet tub. We also loved the kitchen, living room, and fireplace. It's a great place to get away, and we'd recommend it to couples or anyone visiting the spa on their own. We'll be back.

Serenity has become the place we compare other resorts with, and after leaving for another hotel in a different town, we wished we'd booked a longer stay. The spa staff helped us feel relaxed and comfortable. They brought water and more chocolate strawberries in the waiting lobby, and the staff took great care of us throughout. We were there for two nights for my birthday and our babymoon before our first child arrives next year. My wife, who's had plenty of massages, said hers was the best she's ever received. The therapist made her feel comfortable despite her PTSD and adjusted the massage for prenatal needs. We also ordered a special package with chocolate strawberries and champagne, though we received sparkling juice instead because my wife is pregnant. The plate had around 20 strawberries, far more than the 4-8 you might get elsewhere. We couldn't finish them and joked about hoping they'd make it home. Our room was surprisingly spacious and came with a full kitchen, a large jetted tub for two, and a washer and dryer. It's near a busy road, but the shrubs, greenery, and wall do a good job blocking the noise. You don't get the stunning mountain views some Blue Ridge cabins have, but downtown BR is only a seven-minute drive away, and the spa experience more than made up for that. What a hidden gem.

I've had massages, nail services, and facials in the spa, and every visit has been great. Most recently, Denise gave me a relaxation massage. My muscles were quite tight and painful, and her technique was just what the Chiropractor ordered, literally. I felt great when I left, and even better the following day. I highly recommend her. The Spa is just off the highway, but it feels like you've gotten away from all the distractions. The staff are pleasant and easy to be around. Serenity in the Mountains in Blue Ridge GA is consistently wonderful, and I highly recommend it.
