Stay Sure Inn

The elevator's a tiny bit creepy, but kind of fun. We stayed three days and had a really good time. The room was clean and nice, and both the pool and hot tub were clean and fun to use. It's pet friendly, and the guy at the counter was sweet and really cool. The surrounding area is fun to explore, with a really good Toca place next door.

The room smelled strongly of animal urine when my family stayed one night on the Fourth of July. It was hot outside, but we had to leave the windows open all night. Two weeks after checkout, I found another charge on my credit card with no explanation. I reported it, and the man who replied said they'd look into it, but then I heard nothing. It's been over a month, I've asked for an update, and they haven't answered again. An unexplained card charge is a serious matter and shouldn't be ignored. If I were in the US, I'd call the police. Don't leave your credit card details here, it doesn't feel safe. Do not book.

The room we booked felt about 80 degrees when we walked in, and the lights didn't work. Reviews had called the place clean, but our room wasn't. We booked through a third party, which caused its own issue, and I understand hotels have rules. But the male owner seemed focused only on getting more money from my family. He said a two-bedroom room could only have four guests because of fire code, which doesn't match our experience booking hotels as a family of five. When the female owner tried to explain and help, he told her to STFU and kept being rude to her in front of me. As a business owner, I wouldn't want my clients treated that way or left unsure they could trust the service. Spend the extra $100 and book a room at a Holiday Day Express. Don't book here.

Chandra was welcoming, kind, and helpful, and made our stay feel comfortable and up to expectations. Housekeeping were friendly too, and brought us plenty of towels and trash bags when we asked. My mom, sister, and I came for the weekend and had such a good time. The bed was really comfortable, the shower felt refreshing, and the hot tub was relaxing and soothing when my sister and I went in. We enjoyed the trip so much because of our stay. I'd definitely recommend it, and we'll be back.
