Allie (Boardman,Ohio), the front desk manager, made a huge difference during a difficult situation. She listened, showed real empathy, and worked out a price break that helped me a lot. I’m grateful for how kind and helpful she was. I’d highly recommend this place for the service.

The lobby was clean and the location was good, but the bed was the main problem. It felt worn out, and I could feel the springs in my back. The room also had a strange smell and didn’t feel clean. I don’t think the hotel deserves its high rating, and I wouldn’t stay again, mainly because of that bed.

The rooms were very nice, and the pool was nice too. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, breads, and fruit. Unfortunately, the hot tub jets weren’t working.

The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. My husband and I had a weekend getaway here, and the room was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and it was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. 10 out of 10!

The breakfast and pool were just right, and everything in the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. Our large group had special needs, but the staff quickly got us into the right rooms without any trouble. We were greeted by really friendly staff as soon as we walked into Best Western Plus in Poland, OH. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
