Carla at the morning front desk is why I’ll come back. She was wonderful, and so were the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms. Shout-out to the maintenance man, too. I loved the place: it was clean, the coffee was fresh, and breakfast was tasty. Keep hiring people like them.

We only needed a place in Boaz for a couple of nights, and Econo Lodge Boaz worked well for us. Julie was kind and helpful, and our room was roomy, clean, and had fresh linens and comfortable beds. There aren't many options around, but we'd stay here again.

The room my husband had reserved from the website photos was in rough shape: the toilet didn't work, and the floor tiles were broken. Before he got in, they tried to charge him $100, which he declined. The manager still refused to refund his money. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. It feels like a scam, so don’t stay here.

The bed was really comfortable, but the room itself smelled awful, like someone had smoked in it at some point despite it being marked non-smoking. It was also hot because the air conditioner was filthy and iced up, so it couldn't cool the room properly.

Great spot to stay in Boaz, AL. Whenever I asked for help, whether for extra towels or extra bedding, the response was quick and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive.
