The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean and smelled great. There’s a great pool and heated jacuzzi too. Breakfast alone was worth the stay, with a huge spread and something for everyone, from plant-based options to the delicious waffle maker. Manager Kellian was amazing, with seamless attention and genuine care throughout our stay.

We used points for this stay, but won’t be back. The room was filthy and smelled like wet dog. We all woke up with allergies the next day, and the bed linens were stained with makeup or cigarette ashes. Several pillows were so dirty that we had to throw them on the floor. Planes also start up by 8 a.m. We would have mentioned all this in a survey, but the hotel never sent one.

Four days without hot water meant four cold showers in this stinky, moldy dump. Every so often the shower would suddenly turn scalding hot for about five seconds, then go right back to ice cold. Tried staying here for a week to see if it was a better deal than my usual Renaissance nearby. It wasn’t. I’m going back there, and you should too.

The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well, so the stay was decent. The front desk was always busy, but service was fairly good overall. For the time of year and area, it felt a bit overpriced. We might stay again, but there are plenty of nearby options that would probably cost less.
