Best Western Boerne Inn & Suites

Miss Cruz and Kathleen made check-in and checkout easy, and I appreciated how welcoming the staff were. My room was roomy, clean, and cozy, even bigger than my overpriced one-bedroom back in California. It was right by the freeway, which I actually found soothing. If you want more quiet and aren't comfortable with cars close to your window, that location may not suit you.

The staff were all so sweet and had great energy. The beds were comfy, and breakfast was free. Rates were the best I found around here, including for bringing a pet. I don't usually leave hotel reviews, but they really stood out. Thank you for treating your staff well, it shows.

We were worn out after a wedding day and came back to find our room untouched. The towels were still on the floor, the trash was there, and nothing had been replaced. My husband had to go down for clean towels and sheets, then we changed the sheets and took the trash out ourselves so we could get to bed. When we raised the issue, all we got was “sorry,” with no offer to fix it. At check-in, we had clearly asked for housekeeping at noon the next day because we'd be out most of the day. Paulina at the front desk confirmed it was arranged. My husband, our toddler, and I stayed three days and two nights, and this was a really frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We used this as a base for Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The location worked well, and the room was clean, quiet, and great. Breakfast was decent too.
