Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne

I was disappointed by the condition of the carpet this time. After walking barefoot in the room on the first night, I got into the shower and black dirt came off my feet. I ended up wearing socks or shoes whenever I was relaxing in the room. Staff said they’d make sure the floor was cleaned after I left, but in my opinion it should be cleaned routinely and never get that nasty. I usually stay here when I’m in Boerne, since the staff are always friendly and the food is good, which made this visit especially frustrating.

Aldo, the maintenance man, was so helpful and polite. Without his help, we probably would have been left in a dirty room with an air conditioning problem, since Ashley at the front desk wasn’t helpful. We were in town for a wedding and stayed four nights. The rooms felt dated and dingy, the A/C and fridge weren’t working properly, and our room wasn’t cleaned or offered fresh towels or linens once. We had to go down and ask for them.

I may have been in a very bad situation and had nowhere safe to stay. The lady at the front desk quoted a price even though it clearly said around $80. She knew I didn’t have the money, and I offered a $100 gift card that would have covered one night, but she still wouldn’t let me stay, even though she could tell I might need more help than most. I also wonder whether Laurel Ridge is responsible for diagnosing me with something false. Even if there was a little truth to it, do they make my life harder because they say my condition is worse than most? Do they want people to treat me badly because they have mixed motives and agendas? I wonder if there’s envy. Did people call Joseph spoiled in the Bible? Is that what the police said about me? Our reservation had gotten messed up, but the staff accommodated us. The morning team was so kind and helpful, and the late night staff were just as lovely. Breakfast staff were engaging and great too. The hotel was clean, and we’ll definitely stay here again.
