Lakeland Inn

Nice spot right in the middle of everything. I just got my bike back, and we're on the road in the morning. After waiting a year, we'll finally find out how good this bike is!;

The staff were friendly, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning. While I was checking in, a woman ahead of me was paying cash and said she was staying “for a bit.” She was renting the room by the hour, if you know what I mean. My room smelled of weed and smoke even though I'd requested non-smoking, and the bed covers had burns. The deadbolt was broken, so I improvised and put a table against the door. I spent the whole night half awake. This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The TV signal kept fading and breaking up, and there's no breakfast or in-room coffee maker. The noise from the airport across the street makes it impossible to talk outside because the hotel is right under the flight path. The photos don't match the place. There were holes in the wall, a broken air conditioner and a broken, dirty commode. The walls had ketchup or something smeared over them, and there was no smoke detector. You really have to look at the pictures.

The carpets were sticky and dirty, the towels were dirty, and there were holes in the walls. The beds smelled of animals and urine. I also saw roaches and had to deal with a mentally ill guest. The place stank, there was black mold, the TV was small, and the AC filters were filthy. The door locks were broken.
