Garner Hotel Boise Airport by IHG

I really appreciated having a spacious, clean room with plenty of storage and different places to sit while I worked. The staff were kind, quick to handle requests, and very accommodating. It’s also very close to the airport, which made for a great stay. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant base near the airport or the rest of the city.

Suave made this the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. When my family had an emergency one night, he stayed calm while I rushed through the lobby in a panic. He reassured me that everything was okay and that I wasn’t bothering him. Later, when I apologized, he just smiled and said, “everyone is here, everyone is okay. It’s all good!” My young nephew called him the nicest and best guy he’d ever met out of town. We’re so grateful he was there. 15/10 stars! He was welcoming from the moment we arrived and went out of his way to find us a room we’d enjoy. The hotel itself was inviting and beautiful. Thank you, Suave, for being a rockstar at your job.

The room was clean and well kept, and breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold options. The stay was affordable, especially when booked directly on their website. Staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were easy. I also used the shuttle, which was simple to arrange, arrived on time, and took me where I needed to go. 10/10, I’d book here again.

I was in town from WA state for business over Halloween weekend, and the rate was very fair for a holiday. I was also surprised to find this was one of the only airport hotels with no bedbug reports, which matters a lot to me. The room was SUPER clean, and the bed was so comfortable I nearly overslept. Breakfast was available in the morning, saving me time and money, and staff were very nice. They kept cookies and fresh ice water out for people checking in. Sauve was one of the best staff members there. He checked me in quickly, made sure I was happy with my room, and suggested places to eat when I couldn’t decide. Boise IHG was a good location for a weekend getaway.
