The room itself was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and having a kitchen would be handy for a longer stay. The staff member at check-in was warm and welcoming, and the location is good for the price. The place feels practical and well cared for. Sleep was the problem. I heard freeway noise and lots of footsteps, and light from outside, the TV, and microwave made the room too bright. I only got about four hours of sleep before deciding to leave for my trip around 4 a.m. The hallway also sometimes smelled like cooking, probably from guests using the kitchens, and the shower water felt a little sticky, possibly because of the local water. Better ventilation, soundproofing, and blackout window coverings would help. I wouldn't choose it again.

It has a homey feel, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, and the whole hotel smells fresh. There’s complimentary laundry, a snack area, coffee, and a fresh water machine. The location is convenient, and the smart TV is a nice extra. They also offer 10% off at nearby restaurants.

We had a rough time in Boise County, but the people at simple suites made things much easier for my son and me. Tamara and all the ladies were amazing and treated us with so much care. They made our day more comfortable than anywhere we’ve been, and I’ll always be grateful. Keep up the good work.

I travel for work with my Pomeranian, so being able to make a meal in the room is a big help, and it’s a plus that they welcome pets. The rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a full-size fridge and ice maker, stovetop, microwave, and workspace. Applebee's is within walking distance, and the price is fair.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s close to the airport, with a free shuttle arranged through Uber. I signed up at check-in but wasn’t told they wouldn’t call the Uber until I was in the lobby, so plan for that. There’s a coil cooktop and fridge, but no cups or dishes like I’ve had at other suite hotels. For the price, I expected more than just coffee, especially since there’s no continental breakfast.
