Best Western Plus Bolingbrook

The location worked well for me, with restaurants and gas stations nearby, and parking was easy and close to the room after a long day on the road. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was fairly clean and had the basics, including a comfortable bed, working TV, and small refrigerator. It served fine for a short visit, though it felt dated, with chipped paint and older furniture. The clean bathroom could use newer fixtures, and at times I could hear people outside and in nearby rooms. It's an affordable, convenient choice for a night or two, but nothing luxurious.

We were a large group, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were ready on time, the water pressure was good, and no one in our group had complaints. Breakfast was nice, and there were fresh cookies in the lobby when we checked in. My sink did drain a little slowly.

We always stay there when we go to illinois, and it's worth every penny for a very reasonable price. Jay and the whole team are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is awesome, and Taco Tuesday is the best.

We had an amazing stay at this little hidden gem. Breakfast was huge, had plenty of options, and changed every day. Jay was especially helpful, even taking our photo in the lobby and checking that everything was okay. The hotel is close to everything. My husband really enjoyed the pool and the gym equipment.
