Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Bolingbrook

The fresh breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel's common areas were just as clean as the room. My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bolingbrook was quiet and restful, with a spotless, well-kept room, a comfortable bed, and quality linens and bathroom amenities. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the smooth check-in onward, and the team's customer service really stood out. I'd recommend staying here and would return.

I can't believe my two young children and I were escorted out by police over a noise complaint at 3 in the afternoon on Friday, February 27th. Multiple complaints at that hour are absurd. If you have small children, I would not book here, because you could end up being escorted out too. When I entered the room after check-in, there were tools and a note in the bathroom, which made it clear there had been issues in the room before we arrived. Having the police walk my children and me out over a 3 pm noise complaint was absolutely insane.

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and organized well, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, with the essentials, and the location was great. Good service and value. I'd stay here again.

The lobby staff were very kind and helpful, but housekeeping needs to do a better job checking rooms and supplies. My first room wasn't fully cleaned: the beds were made, but dirty towels and a washcloth were left in the bathroom, and it smelled like a sweaty man. I switched rooms. The second one smelled too, though less, and seemed clean enough, so I stayed. In the morning I found the conditioner and tissue box were empty. Later that night, people in the next room were banging on the walls and making so much noise at midnight that I woke up. That part wasn't the hotel's or staff's fault.
