The lodge is pretty modest, but getting to the slopes is easy and the staff are genuinely friendly. Food is basic for the price, and renting gear gets hectic in the cramped space. I’d like to see fewer upsells and more to do during a longer stay when the weather keeps you indoors.

Eric, the sales manager, made organizing our three-day conference a great experience. He stayed attentive and worked hard to make sure things went smoothly for our group of 50. We held the event at the Inn At Bolton Valley and I’d gladly recommend it for events.

Suite 390 was a short three-minute walk from the lifts, though being a little nearer the base lodge would have made it feel more ski-in, ski-out. We had a two-bedroom suite for 10 adults. Four of us squeezed into the living room, but we managed, and the Murphy bed was nice. The beds were generally comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Staff were hospitable and gave us plenty of key cards, plus a noon checkout when it was available. There’s an elevator and luggage carts, and hotel parking is closer than the main lot. For the price, it was a great place to stay.

The inn is right by the lifts, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also liked having a few dining choices nearby and access to the sports center, with its pool, hot tub, arcade, and tennis. Our room had two queen beds for two adults and two kids, with plenty of space. The updated room looked beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and useful touches included ski and boot storage, hooks for outerwear, bedside tables on both sides, and a small table. Prices were reasonable, and we had a great trip to Bolton Valley.

There are cafes, restaurants, and shops an easy walk away, and in summer you can get to hiking, biking, and four-wheel trails. We attended a wedding at the lovely event site and had a wonderful time. The inn itself is charmingly located at the bottom of the ski lift, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable.
