Billie's Casa Bonita Royale Condo

The place feels peaceful and quiet, maybe a little too quiet for me. Since rentals weren't allowed, you get to know the neighbors, and I hardly saw young families unless they were visiting grandparents. I would've liked a bit more activity, because it felt like everyone could hear me coming and going. Still, this is a real hidden gem. The patio looks out over the bay, while you can see the beach and ocean from the front. Beach access is just across the street through the twin building, and I've had longer walks to the water at condos that were supposedly right on the beach. We loved fishing from the docks as kids and watching the birds pass through. Having a boat? Parking at the docks is hard to beat. The pool is nice, especially earlier in the day before it gets shaded in the afternoon. You can walk or bike down the road to fish restaurants right on the water, and I really enjoyed the sunset cocktail gathering on the sun deck. If you get the chance to stay here or buy here, I'd say go for it.
