The breakfast has been absolutely phenomenal, and it’s free. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, including Hilton properties, and this one really knocks it out of the park. The service has been great, too. I didn’t catch the night auditor’s name, but she was an older woman and was very sweet and welcoming. The location is great, and our room was very clean. I love having the bed separate from the living and kitchen area. My stay has been really nice so far, and I’m looking forward to relaxing by the pool today.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and our two-bedroom suite was clean and nice enough. We were there for a funeral, so we didn't spend much time in the room. A few little things kept it from being exceptional: there was no dish soap by the kitchen sink, and the second bedroom's lights could only be switched on from beside the bed because some switches did nothing. There was no night light near the bathroom, and its light was combined with the vent, so we couldn't leave just the light on.

We keep coming back to Homewood Suites when we're in this area because it's close to places we like, including Mercato, Coconut Grove, Tin City, 5th Ave, Fort Myers Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach. Marco Island, Captiva, and Sanibel are also within driving distance. The suites have plenty of room, and the mini kitchenette is a plus. The front desk staff, the two maintenance men we spoke with, including John, and the housekeeper on our fourth-floor section were all wonderful when we needed help. My one issue is the handicap parking by the lobby entrance. The columns there make it hard to back into a space.

Housekeeping really stood out to us. We travel almost every week for work and pleasure, and watched staff sweep, Swiffer, and wipe rooms from top to bottom between guests. Nothing seemed rushed or missed, and they clearly take pride in the work. The whole team made us feel cared for, from front desk staff Christopher, Trinity, Brandon, and Diana to Jhon in engineering and maintenance. At breakfast, Maggie and Manette worked nonstop but still smiled and took time to be kind and personable. We booked one night and added three more days, which says a lot. With how often we travel, this was our best hotel experience yet. We highly recommend Homewood Suites and will make it a must-stay when we're back in town. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. 🤍

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the service was friendly. It's a very nice motel. My only complaint is that the price feels high for what you get.
