The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and my room was clean and well kept. The staff member who checked me in was helpful, but the other staff I met during my three-night stay seemed uninterested in helping me or other guests who approached them.

The beds are fantastic, and the rooms were clean. The decor was a little dated, but still quite nice. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel is close to lots of places to eat. I was very pleased and would stay again if I’m in the area.

I’ve stayed here twice a year for at least four years and love the location next to the Promenade. The Saturday farmer’s market is nice, and DeRomo's has an amazing marketplace for food and coffee. It has the elegant feel of a small hotel, with spacious rooms and a quiet setting. The pool is beautiful, with a restaurant and music.

The shower was filthy, with visible mold and soap scum, among the worst I’ve seen in a hotel. The room itself was large and in decent shape, though the decor felt dated. Check-in seemed fine, and the hotel was mostly quiet. In the morning there was no hot breakfast, just overpriced grab-and-go food that felt like the COVID times, which seemed especially odd with two restaurants on site. I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel is great and quiet, with a nice pool. There are lots of shade trees on the east side, so if you love sun, you may have to wait until noon. You need to check out towels at the front desk, which is a little annoying. I haven’t eaten at the hotel because the prices are so high.
