The service was fantastic and the meal was affordable. The place has a romantic, charming feel, and this Swiss professional chef deserves a spot in Food Magazine. Homemade pastas, fresh-dough pizza, and salads with flavors that really surprised me. I’ve never had so many flavors in a meal before. Highly recommend.

Quaint and clean, and just right for stopping for the night. I noticed there’s a bigger parking lot too, which I could use if I were towing my trailer. I’d definitely come back.

The service was prompt and friendly, and there was a good range of food. My shrimp Alfredo was really tasty. The bread came out before the meal and had gone a bit hard by the time we ate it. My boyfriend ordered a medium-rare ribeye, but it arrived rare. They took it back right away, and the second plate was cooked perfectly. They made it right, so we’ll be back.

The room was clean, but this wasn’t a great place to stay. We’d booked for three people and only got two towels. Breakfast and coffee weren’t available until 8, and the coffee pot in our room had water that seemed to have been sitting in the reservoir for a while, so we couldn’t make coffee there either. Breakfast itself was pretty skimpy. An interesting stay, but not a great one.
