The room was decent and clean inside, and the staff were friendly. But breakfast was such a letdown that I won’t stay here again. The eggs on my first morning were disgusting. I’m not a picky eater and will usually eat something even if it’s not great, but I just couldn’t swallow them. The bacon was a little better, though still bad, and tasted like frozen microwave bacon. The hash brown was okay at best.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the place could definitely use a remodel, especially for a Marriott property. The pool was small, and there were no towels until I went back to the front desk to ask. Breakfast was awesome the first day. Today it was basically nonexistent, and we had to wait for everything. On our first night there was no water to be found. The girl at the front kept saying, “she’s the only one here,” then finally offered us water bottles. Underwhelming stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and an easy check-in. The free breakfast was a nice extra. It had everything we needed for one night, especially for the price, and I’d stay again.

The heater rattled all night, and the breakfast was a mess: no real milk at all, stale bread, unappealing fruit, lukewarm coffee, things that looked dirty, and lots of items missing. The carpet was the ugliest I’ve ever seen. We brought our granddaughter to Boone for one night and chose this hotel partly for the indoor pool, only to find it closed. It’s on the lower end price-wise, sure, but there are lots of little things they could fix to make a stay more enjoyable.

We stayed two nights and found the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, including hot options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was handy, close to grocery stores and restaurants.
