Len, one of the custodians, really stood out. He checked that everyone at breakfast had what they needed, and we had a great conversation about his military service. The rest of the staff were just as warm and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, though I did notice some dust on the bathroom fan. The shower controls were oddly placed across from the shower head, so it took a little getting used to. Breakfast had lots of choices, but seats were scarce when it got busy. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and other Boone attractions. We had a great stay and would come back.

We had a lovely mountain view from our comfortable room, and the inn is within about half an hour of Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, plus easy access to a Blue Ridge Parkway drive. Coming from the north on 421 does mean making a turnaround to get to the inn, though it becomes easy once you know the way. The lobby is inviting, with coffee and tea available around the clock and fruit snacks. Breakfast had a good range of options in a relaxed dining area, and staff kept everything clean and stocked. Hilton's comfort and hospitality showed here, especially through the attentive staff.

Duane made our three-night stay especially fun. He went out of his way to make things enjoyable and kept us laughing. Everyone was wonderful, and breakfast was great too. Looking forward to coming back!

We booked this one-night family trip at the last minute, and the hotel turned out to be a great surprise. It's under five minutes from downtown Boone, check-in was simple, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Being able to check in early and bring our dog made it easy to drop off our things and head into town. They even had treats and poo bags, plus a welcome bag for us and our dog. At checkout, my daughter got a little road-trip bag with a treat and activity. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. We couldn't get a balcony room, but the window gave us a lovely glimpse of the mountains and changing leaves. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor fire in the evening. Breakfast the next morning was surprisingly the best hotel breakfast I've had. I expected less, but they exceeded it. We'll stay here again.

The pool was warm, and the room smelled nice. Everything was clean, parking was good, and the beds, mattress, and pillows were really comfortable. Thank you! I'll stay here again next time. 💖💖💖
