The breakfast had a good mix of fresh options, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. Our room was quiet and comfortable, so we slept well. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and well kept, from the rooms to the common areas. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything was spotless and smelled fresh. A great stay, I’d recommend this hotel and would happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter is a student at App State and needed emergency housing after her apartment flooded. I managed to get her a room, even though she was under 21, with a few extra authorization forms. The staff were so friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and made her check-in and stay as smooth as possible given the circumstances. She was very happy with her room and the stay. We’re grateful they went above and beyond to make things so positive.

The hotel didn’t honor the requests we’d agreed on when I made the reservation, so I had to get another room when we arrived. At first I was told there were no additional rooms for my family. But after I asked for a refund, they mentioned a room might have opened up from a cancellation. It would’ve been a nice gesture for the hotel to cover one room, but I ended up paying for both.

Great find, with a central location and a great price. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was great and changed each day. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.

Great service in Boone, and I loved the breakfast each day. The price was just right for a winter snowboarding getaway.
