The staff member at the desk was great and helped me avoid being charged more for the extra night than I would have paid through the booking. I also got an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, though I wouldn't use the Jacuzzi, and that room had fewer outlets than a standard one. The rooms are very nice. I needed a first-floor room because stairs can be a problem for me, and somehow ended up with the upgrade.

I was here while visiting for my sibling's funeral, and the stay felt like hell. The housekeeping staff were rude, and I wasn't comfortable with the way I saw some rooms being cleaned, with people on their hands and knees washing the floors. I did see one woman using a mop every day. The whole place felt hostile, and I haven't wanted to rent a room here again since. The few friendly people I remember were lisa, I think that was her name, Mickey the maintenance guy, who I'd definitely recommend hearing a story or two from, Peyton, the manager/front desk guy, and Maxine, the blonde lady with the high bun, who was the sweetest.

I’m here often for work, and the rooms are consistently clean with plenty of linens. The manager and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with. Thanks, everybody!

The pool had plenty of room for several people to enjoy, and the breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of nutritious choices and fun treats. The dining space stayed clean, and they refilled the food as needed. Everything was super clean, and Peyton, the manager, was wonderful, personable, and on top of every need or concern. Thanks for a great stay!
