Comfort Inn Bossier City Casino Area near Shreveport Downtown

I got good sleep here for a change, thanks to a comfortable bed and a quiet, clean, well-kept room. Everything worked as it should, and the water pressure was good. The common areas were clean too. The place felt calm, safe, and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly without hovering, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. It was a solid spot to rest and recharge while traveling, working, or just passing through. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable place for the night.

It's my first time here, and I don't usually write reviews, but Ms Veronica really impressed me. When she took over at the front desk, her calm manner and attention to customers helped me forget how frustrated I'd been when I first arrived. She's compassionate, humble, and has excellent people skills. This organization is lucky to have her, and she shouldn't be missed. Thank you, Ms Veronica. I'll definitely come back because of you.

We checked in around 9:30 p.m., left our bags, and went to the casino. When we got back at about 1 a.m., the toilet wouldn't flush and the TV service was out. Loud banging continued all night, hard enough to shake the walls. I told the front desk, but there was no apology or offer to fix things. There was also hair on the shower walls. I travel every week and have never had a problem at Comfort Suite, so this was unacceptable for a paying customer.

They're working to improve customer service and comfort, and the staff are accommodating. Veronica at the front desk stood out, with a joyful spirit and a beautiful, welcoming presence. That's a blessing.
