Amanda at the front desk, if I'm remembering her name right, was a delight. She greeted us with a smile and kept it up throughout our three full nights, letting us know she'd be happy to help with anything. The hotel was clean and nice, near entertainment and restaurants, and the indoor pool was a great amenity. We were there because a family member was having surgery, and it's also close to Willis Knighton Medical. Housekeeping never checked whether we needed fresh towels or trash taken out, so we had to flag someone down in the hall. That was the only thing I wasn't fond of. Everything else was perfect. One employee who didn't speak was so sweet, smiling and using ASL to communicate with my daughter. She made my daughter's day. I'd recommend this location to family and friends.

The shower was excellent and the room was very clean, with good service as well. The room itself was very nice, though the bed was just average. Breakfast fell a bit short of Choice standards: good waffles, rubbery eggs, and overcooked sausage.
10/10
The staff were really friendly, and it was a good hotel overall. It could use updating, but we'd still stay here again.

I booked a Jacuzzi suite at this newer property and really enjoyed my stay.
2/10
This is one of the worst Comfort hotels I've seen, in a terrible location. The staff are incompetent, and the rooms aren't maintained or cleaned well. The so-called gym is useless: there are no weights, and its one machine is broken. The pool is closed most of the time. Desk clerks refuse your room requests, giving you the opposite or saying there's no vacancy whatever you ask for. Breakfast isn't worth your time. Stay somewhere else!
