Hampton Inn by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City

We had other hotel choices while driving through the area, and I’m glad we stopped at this Hampton Inn. We travel with a pet, and this place felt especially welcoming. The pet fee was very reasonable, and they gave us a welcome bag with a tennis ball, treats, bags, and wipes. I wish every Hampton Inn had the same pet fee and was this welcoming. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns while traveling across the US, and this location is among the best. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was nicely done.

Katrina and Shmeta are the highlight of my mornings. They greeted us with big smiles at breakfast and were so friendly. When I’m away from family for a week at a time, that kindness means a lot. I travel for work and have stayed here twice. Both visits were five-star experiences, from the front desk team to the rooms to the two lovely women at breakfast. Five stars all around.

Even though we arrived late, Alberto greeted my family with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. He was so accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Later, I returned to the desk because a restaurant had left out the condiments I’d requested. Alberto immediately looked for exactly what we needed and brought it to us. His genuine care and professionalism made our weekend stay memorable. Thanks, Alberto, for the kind, thoughtful service. You’re a great example of Hampton Inn hospitality.

I always enjoy staying here. It feels safe, the rooms are consistently clean, and the kitchen staff are the absolute best.
